- DASHBOARD
It is a customizable page consisting of the data you need to perform your role. Dashboard data appears in one or more smaller regions called portlets
There are three types of dashboards:

- Portfolio Views Bubble Chart
A bubble chart is a type of chart where each plotted entity is defined in terms of three distinct numeric parameters.
This bubble chart show the relationship between three variables
Histogram
A histogram is a graphical representation, showing a visual impression of the distribution of data.
Pie chart
It is a circular chart divided into sectors, illustrating proportion.
Scorecard
It is similar to tables or spreadsheets, where you can display the columns you want in scorecards on the Dashboard page, Portfolio Analysis page, the Capacity Planning page, or the Portfolio View portlet.
Side-by-side Histogram
A histogram where categorized data can be grouped, side-by-side, to assist with comparisons. A side-by-side histogram chart is useful when analyzing relative parts of a whole.
Staked Histogram
A more sophisticated version of the histogram, where categorized data is grouped, or stacked, to assist with comparisons.
- Project Performance Portlet
Project Performance Portlet is useful in decision making process where a project can be compared through Schedule basis performance and Cost basis performance.
Schedule Performance
The Schedule Performance portlet displays both current and forecast schedule summary performance information, in either costs or labor units.
- Earned Value Performance
The Earned Value Performance portlet displays both current and forecast earned value schedule variance (SV), cost variance (CV), and labor unit variance calculations. Negative values indicate unfavourable performance.
Index Performance
The Index Performance portlet displays schedule performance index (SPI), cost performance index (CPI), and to complete performance index (TCPI) calculations.
Project Statistics
The Project Statistics portlet enables you to analyze project information in row and column format for a particular project or project group.
Project Health
The Project Health portlet enables you to quickly see how well a portfolio or individual project is performing.
Project Notebook
The Project Notebooks portlet displays all of the notebook items assigned to the selected project.
In a dashboard, the Project Notebooks portlet displays all of the notebook items assigned to the projects that meet the dashboard's selected filter criteria.
- Project Gantt Chart
The project table on the left side of the portlet lists projects that meet the portfolio, project code value, or project filter criteria specified in the dashboard's Filter by field.
- Personal Information
In the Personal Information Portlet, We can define the required fields for which data has to be displayed.
Here we can customize the information based on the requirement that has to be displayed on the Dashboard for viewing the progress.
It is also used to display the issues and risks associated with the project along with the activities with which the risks are associated in a hierarchical way.
- My Projects
For the portfolio, project, or project code filter criteria specified for a dashboard, the My Projects portlet displays summaries for projects you:
- My Workgroups
A workgroup is a subset of the Project Workspace that enables users associated with a project to share information about activities, issues, and documents that relate to a specific segment of a project.
- My Activities
For the portfolio, project, or project code filter criteria specified for a dashboard, the My Activities portlet lists activities to which you are either assigned as a resource or designated as the activity owner.
- My Risks
The Project Risks portlet displays information about risks that belong to the selected project.
My Issues
My Issues portlet displays information about issues you are associated with the project.
My Calendar
The Calendar portlet enables you to see a week's worth of activities that pertain to your projects.
- Communication Centre
The Communication Centre portlet enables you to share data and communicate with other P6 Web Access users who are associated with a project, including the project owner.
- Custom Portlet
Custom portlets enable you to specify a URL as the content of a custom portlet in a dashboard. If you have the required privilege, you can also specify a URL for custom portlet content in a Project Workspace.

A portfolio is a collection of projects.
A portfolio view is a customized layout of project information used to analyze a group of projects.

- Portfolio Analysis
Portfolio Analysis page enables you to analyze data about project groups.
The Portfolio Analysis page is divided into two sections, enabling you to display information related to one project group in one section and information specific to a second project group in the other section.
- Capacity Planning
Capacity Planning page enables you to analyze role allocation and cost over time for a project group.
Multiple chart formats display role allocation for the projects and roles you select, enabling you to quickly identify areas of under- or over-allocation.
- Performance Status
Performance Status page displays summarized schedule and cost or labor units data based on the performance metric you select: Schedule, Earned Value (SV and CV), or Index (SPI, CPI, and TCPI). To date and forecast data are provided at the group, project, and WBS levels.
- Gantt chart
Gantt Chart page displays timescale schedule information to the WBS level, along with units or costs data, in your choice of a histogram or spreadsheet view.
- ROI
ROI page displays narrative cost/benefit information based on live data for the open project group.
At the project level, you can view time distributed chart detail of project-level spending, cash inflow, and NPV.
